When Louis la Vache was living in France (then under the feckless Chirac government) more than one Français volunteered to Louis words to the effect that "we do not hate les Américains, that is our government and our media". Louis's experience in la belle France bore out those voluntary statements. This video brought back Louis's memories of those French who offered those comments without being asked to do so. Vive la France! Vive l'Amérique!
